The Rabble

Groupe originaire de Montréal, formé de John Primm (chant), Mike Harris (guitare et chant), Rick Metcalfe (guitare), Tim Charbonneau (basses) et Walter O'Reilly (batterie). C'est un groupe québécois anglophone des années 60 au même titre que les Haunted et M.G & The Escorts. En 1966, le groupe enregistre son premier 45 tours chez RCA Victor, par la suite en 1967, le groupe change de maison de disques pour aller chez Trans-World. Les Rabble connaissent un grand succès avec la chanson "Golden Girl", le groupe passe à l'émission de télévision: Like Young (CFCF-12) à Montréal. En 1970, le groupe enregistre un dernier 45 tours sur étiquette Aquarius.
